A POS station is a device used as a Foody POS, at the counter or by a waiter. Several staff members can take turns on the same device using their own access. Back-office access, preparation tracking and delivery management do not count as POS stations.
Prices cover software. Hardware, setup, EMV services, payment processing, courier services and SMS are charged separately as needed. Card processing fees still apply, including with 0% Foody commission.

Hardware that fits your service
Tablets, Verifone terminals and accessories are quoted for your setup. Kitchen ticket printing for online orders is a paid add-on, with a compatible Epson or Star Micronics printer and configuration quoted separately. Existing devices can be retained after a compatibility check.
Payments priced separately
Your proposal separates Victa hardware, the Foody device licence, EMV service and payment processing fees. Rates and fixed fees depend on the provider, card types, payment channels and agreement.
Usage and specialist requirements
Delivery management is included in Foody Orders, on its own or with Foody Restaurant. Courier services, SMS, kiosks, third-party integrations and external platform commissions are quoted separately.

How much does a Foody restaurant POS cost in Israel?
Foody Restaurant costs ILS 890 per location/month, excluding VAT, with two device licences, online ordering and QR. Standalone Foody POS costs ILS 590 per month with one licence, without online orders. Foody Restaurant & Kitchen costs ILS 1490 per month. Licences cover software; hardware, setup, training and processing are separate.
What should I budget to start with two devices?
Foody example for one location: ILS 890 for the first Restaurant month plus ILS 1490 for standard setup, totalling ILS 2380, excluding VAT. Two licences are included, not the devices. Optional on-site training costs ILS 1200 per day, excluding VAT. Hardware, any travel, EMV, processing and options are separate; this is not the full cost of opening a restaurant.
Does Foody POS include online orders?
No. Choose standalone Foody Orders to sell online without a POS for ₪590 per month per location, excluding VAT. Foody Orders and QR ordering are also included in Foody Restaurant at ₪890 per month per location, excluding VAT, with two POS device licences, and in Foody Restaurant & Kitchen.
What is the difference between Foody Kitchen and Foody Companion?
Foody Kitchen brings together recipes, food cost, stock, suppliers and preparation tracking. Foody Companion is its everyday assistant for priorities, prep, service and closing. It is included at no extra charge in standalone Foody Kitchen and Foody Restaurant & Kitchen. Siri voice access requires a compatible iPad and activation in Foody.
Is there an extra cloud base fee?
No. Every plan includes cloud hosting, backups, updates, back office and Foody support. Prices shown are monthly, per location, excluding VAT.
What is the commitment?
Software subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Your launch subscription price is fixed for the first 12 months. Hardware and payment agreements have their own terms, presented separately.
What does 0% order commission mean?
Foody charges no commission on website or QR orders included in Foody Restaurant and Foody Restaurant & Kitchen plans. Card processing, delivery, SMS and any third-party platform commissions remain separate.
Is a POS licence counted per device or per staff member?
A POS station is a device running Foody: a counter POS, a waiter’s tablet or a Victa used to take orders and payments. One counter POS and two waiter devices count as three stations. Staff accounts are separate from licences: several staff members can take turns on the same device using their own access. Foody POS includes one licence; Foody Restaurant and Foody Restaurant & Kitchen include two. Each additional licence costs ₪99 per month, excluding VAT. A Victa counts once, even when used for both orders and payments. Hardware, EMV service and processing fees remain separate.
Can I use Foody Kitchen on its own?
Yes, for ₪890 per month per location, excluding VAT, with cloud and Foody Companion included. It covers recipes, food cost, stock and suppliers. Synchronisation with your existing POS depends on compatibility and is quoted separately.
Do maps and route optimization cost extra?
Delivery management and protected shared usage are included with Foody Orders and Restaurant bundles within available supplier allowances. Maps Plus is in preparation at a planned price of 149 ILS excluding VAT per establishment/month, with 500 Foody optimization credits and defined Google volumes. Contact Foody to discuss activation; automatic billing and higher provider caps are not enabled. External couriers are charged separately.
