Checkout, confirmation and digital receipt design
In Website open the order journey screens. Their appearance is separate from payment-provider configuration.
Preview checkout and confirmation
Select checkout then confirmation, adjust available colors and text, and inspect mobile readability. Required customer, fulfillment and payment fields come from restaurant policy. A preview does not place an order or verify a live payment connection.
Set receipt content and actions
On the receipt screen set localized title/message and compact or comfortable layout. Toggle logo, address, phone, status and customer information, then print, share, order history and new-order actions. Preview each language; publish to make the settings public. These controls do not alter the recorded transaction or fiscal document. Payment labels distinguish partial payment from an unpaid order; a recorded handoff remains separate from payment.
Check receipt and confirmation link previews
Check that the restaurant has a name and logo configured, then share a valid receipt or order-confirmation link with its intended recipient. The link preview uses that restaurant’s name and logo, independently of the website’s general share image. Without a logo, the preview shows a card with the restaurant’s name. It does not include customer details, order lines or amounts. The linked page can still contain private order information: do not publish the link publicly. If the wrong identity appears, check that the link belongs to the intended restaurant and that its configured logo is accessible. An expired or invalid receipt cannot provide a restaurant preview.
Choose whether entry offers sign-in
In Website → Order journey, set Show the sign-in invitation on arrival. Off: customers go directly to pickup or delivery details. On: Order without an account is immediately visible, with optional sign-in alongside it. Check the preview, save the draft and publish the site to apply the setting. Saving a draft does not change the public site. Preview does not sign in a real account. This preference does not remove checkout sign-in or mandatory phone verification. Existing configurations without this field retain the invitation; explicitly turn it off and publish for direct ordering. Service allowances are separate under Settings → Usage and quotas. When the invitation is off, a discreet Sign in link remains available in the pickup or delivery dialog. It opens authentication only when selected; dismissing authentication retains entered details and allows ordering without an account.
