Your Analytics Dashboard
Accessing the Dashboard
In FoodyAdmin, click Dashboard in the sidebar. It shows a live overview of today's performance.
Key Metrics
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue Today | Total sales for the current calendar day (all paid orders) |
| Orders Today | Number of orders processed today |
| Top 5 Sellers | Your best-selling menu items by revenue |
| Recent Orders | Last 10 orders with status and amount |
Analytics Section
For deeper reporting, go to Analytics in the sidebar.
Sales Overview
- Revenue and order count over a date range
- Comparison to previous period
Top Sellers
- Items ranked by revenue and quantity sold
- Filter by category or date range
Customer Analytics
- Repeat customers, order frequency, average spend
Changing the Date Range
Use the date picker at the top of the Analytics section to select:
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom range
Exporting Data
Click Export CSV (available in the Analytics Overview) to download your sales data as a spreadsheet. This is useful for accounting, tax reporting, or sharing with your accountant.
