Order from a table QR
Scan the restaurant’s table QR and verify the displayed table before ordering.
Join the correct table
Open the signed QR link and follow the available session/guest flow. An expired or invalid link must be renewed by staff. Do not change table IDs or reuse another table’s link to bypass access.
Order and request assistance
Select items and required choices, review the basket and use the payment/ordering options enabled for this table. Use assistance controls when offered. Staff bill splitting and guest QR payments can have different capabilities; do not assume every POS action is available on the guest page.
When staff close the table
A confirmed staff closure ends the table session and its active assistance requests together. A failed closure leaves the existing table and session unchanged; the closure notification is not sent before confirmation. If service changes while an order is being submitted, that order cannot be attached to the expired or replacement session. Ask staff to verify or reopen the table, then refresh before reviewing the basket again. Do not repeat a payment or reuse an old session link to force an order through.
Review independent confirmations
Your order tracking distinguishes payment, preparation and recorded handoff, including partial handoff. Not tracked differs from unknown evidence. An unknown monetary value is not zero and does not offer a guessed payment. Other guests’ QR orders at the same table remain separate and are not exposed by this view. See order states.
