Notifications and team preferences

Open Settings → Notifications or Team, and distinguish personal preferences from restaurant-wide rules.

Choose notification preferences

Select the events and channels offered for the current user/device. Grant browser or OS permission only when prompted for the intended device. Verify permission, subscription and recipient selection if alerts stop; device sound settings may also suppress them.

Review team settings

Review team defaults in Settings, then manage actual employees, roles and table assignments in Staff. Saving a notification preference does not grant a business permission. Use the staff member’s own account instead of sharing owner credentials.
