Settings
Configure service mode, order workflow, auto-kitchen, rush mode, and all operational settings.
- Configure the customer ordering assistantOpen Settings → AI assistant. This is the restaurant’s customer ordering assistant, separate from the Foody help assistant.
- Devices and kitchen displaysOpen Settings → Devices or Kitchen displays. Configure routing and permissions before using a device in service.
- External service usage and quotasAdmin → Settings → Usage and quotas
- Notifications and team preferencesOpen Settings → Notifications or Team, and distinguish personal preferences from restaurant-wide rules.
- Order processing and kitchen workflowConfigure auto-kitchen, order approval, rush mode, tips, scheduled orders, and pickup prep time.
- Ordering and fulfillment rulesOpen Settings → Orders and Fulfillment. These rules affect customer eligibility, beyond the visual Website editor.
- POS behavior, courses and adjustmentsOpen Settings → POS, then the appropriate mode/profile. Legacy Full service settings redirect to the default profile.
- POS navigation, appearance and shortcutsOpen More/Plus on the POS. Destinations are filtered by role and device capabilities.
- Restaurant profile, languages and hoursOpen Settings for the selected restaurant. Confirm its name before saving changes.
- Service modes and device profilesChoose between Table Mode (floor plan with table assignments) and Counter Mode (no tables, pickup-style service).
