Orders
Understand order types, take orders on FoodyPOS, and manage order flow from kitchen to payment.
- Check, payment, preparation and handoffReview a saved order in a compatible Foody POS, Admin or customer tracking screen. A server update alone does not update the installed POS.
- Discount, comp and voidSelect the item or bill and open its available Actions/Options. Check whether it is a draft, sent food or a saved financial share.
- Event orders from the existing order workflowAdmin → Orders → New order. Requires the matching API event-order schema and compatible Admin, guest Web and POS versions. The prepared private checkout currently requires a configured Sumit account.
- Managing OrdersEvery order from web, QR and POS in one live list. Track status, accept, send to the kitchen, and follow an order through to completion.
